Reservation and Payment
1.1. To secure your reservation, a deposit is required at the time of booking.
50% payment required 60 days prior to the retreat start date, with the remainder due 14 days prior to retreat start.
Failure to make the payment within the specified time may result in the cancellation of your reservation.
1.2. Payments can be made via Direct Debit bank transfer or any other payment method specified by the retreat organiser.
Bank charges or fees incurred during the transaction are the sole responsibility of the guest.
Cancellation Policy:
2.1. The full payment made for the Ari Wellness Retreat Bali is non-refundable 14 days prior to the retreat start date.

2.2. The payment is fully refundable up to 30 days prior to the retreat start date, however this will incur a $200 cancellation administrative fee.

2.3. The retreat reservation is transferable. If you are unable to attend the retreat, you may transfer your reservation to another person, or another suitable date. Subject to the approval of the retreat organiser. The transfer request must be made in writing at least 7 days before the retreat start date.

Flights
3.1. Flights to and from Bali are not included in the retreat package.
3.2. Guests are responsible for arranging and booking their own flights to the designated airport(s) or arrival point(s) specified by the retreat organiser.
3.3. The retreat organiser shall not be held responsible for any issues, delays, cancellations, or changes related to the guests' flights or any associated costs, including but not limited to transportation, accommodation, or meals resulting from such circumstances.
3.4. Guests are advised to carefully review the airline's terms and conditions, including their cancellation and refund policies, before booking their flights.
Rates
4.1. All rates quoted for the Ari Wellness Bali Retreat are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise. Guests are responsible for any currency conversion fees or charges imposed by their payment provider
Photography and Filming:
5.1. During the retreat, guests may be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. By participating in the retreat, guests agree to grant the retreat organiser and its affiliates the right to use their likeness, without compensation, for promotional materials, websites, social media, or any other marketing purposes.
Retreat Itinerary
6.1. The retreat organiser reserves the right to modify the retreat itinerary, including the activities, workshops, and excursions, due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond their control. Any changes will be communicated to the guests as soon as possible.
6.2. The retreat organiser shall not be held responsible for any changes, cancellations, or delays in the retreat program, including cancellation of the entire retreat, caused by circumstances such as natural disasters, weather conditions, political unrest, or any other force majeure event.
6.3 In the event of cancellation by the organisor, guests will get the choice of refund or change of retreat dates.
